The Barrie Food Bank relies entirely on personal, private and company donations of both food and financial donations to succeed. We are a non-profit charitable organization who receives no financial support from any level of government. Your donation allows us to provide emergency food to those families and individuals in need. Last year we assisted close to 33,000 individuals from nearly 8,000 families, couples, single parents and individual people, of which 5,500 were children under the age of 18.
Non-perishable items can be dropped off at local grocery stores including Zehrs, Loblaws, NoFrills, Costco, Metro, Freshco, Food Basics and the Wholesale Club.
