BARRIE, ON – Barrie’s Rock 95 is hosting a Food Drive in support of the Barrie Food Bank on Wednesday October 23rd at the Freshco on Bayfield Street. The Rock 95 Morning Crew’s Tim Ami and Ozz will kick off the food drive at 8am broadcasting live encouraging their listeners to drop off food donations on their way to work. With Craig Ross taking over the reins at 10am. Everyone who drops off a donation will get a ballot for the chance to win passes to attend Rock 95’s 25th Birthday Bash. (Our big party on November featuring Colin James, David Wilcox 54-40 and over $200,000 in cash and prizes being given away)

People can decide to simply stop by and drop off nonperishable food items on their way to work, or can pick something up while grocery shopping at Freshco and drop it off on their way out.

Suggested Items; Powdered milk, peanut butter, canned fruit and vegetables, can tuna and luncheon meats, Kraft dinner, juice, juice boxes, baby food, jam & honey, school snacks, rice, condiments, breakfast cereal, mayonnaise, sugar, flour and toiletries.
