OAFB has issued their Combating Hunger report for 2011. Hunger in Ontario knows no limits. It encompasses all different groups of the population. As well, shelter has become the “core household expense”. With the statistical help of the consumer price index (CPI) it has been determined that low income people are having to make compromises in other areas such as food in order to have a place to live.
