Barrie’s Little Food Pantries are a collaboration with local organizations to provide access to food 24/7. The pantries are stocked by the host organization, the community and the Barrie Food Bank. Community members are encouraged to add items* to the pantry. Anyone needing food is encouraged to take what they need.

Donation Items for Little Food Pantries – Spring/Summer
Below are items that can be used in Barrie’s Little Pantries during the spring and summer months.
Single serve cereal boxes
Pasta or rice side dishes such as Sidekicks
Granola bars
Crackers
Canned tuna or sardines packed in oil
Cans of Soup, Beans, Vegetables
Kraft Dinner
Peanut butter
Cookies, Candy bars,
Water
Note: Please do not put items in the Little Food Pantries that are perishable, or spoil in intense summer heat. These items will be removed for food safety reasons.
